2,000 vaccinated against meningitis in Ore.

PRINEVILLE, Ore. (AP) — A push to protect against bacterial meningitis in Crook County has resulted in more than 2,000 people getting vaccines in the past two weeks. The Bend Bulletin reports that six people have been sickened since March in the Central Oregon county of about 27,000 people.
